BSC was founded to help dental organizations navigate change, adopt technology and improve performance.

The company began as an operations and CAD/CAM technology consulting firm, specializing in digital dentistry and technological innovation. BSC supported customers through the transition to the digital era by providing assessments, workflow guidance and turnkey implementation solutions.

Over time, we recognized a deeper challenge in the market. Many companies were investing in technology, but did not have a clear strategy to turn those investments into profitability, scalability and long-term value. That insight led BSC to evolve beyond technology consulting into business strategy, operational improvement and M&A operational support.

Today, BSC partners with organizations to transform strategy into measurable results. We help companies strengthen operations, improve execution, drive growth and build lasting value.

Founder

Severino Gomez, founder of BSC, brings together technical expertise, operational leadership and business strategy experience.

He holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University and an Executive MBA from IE Business School. His career includes serving as Chief Technology Officer for two dental laboratory groups, where he led technology, operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier in his career, he managed three-shift production operations across facilities in Virginia, Michigan and New York.

With experience spanning manufacturing, digital dentistry, Lean Manufacturing, operations and executive leadership, Severino helps organizations align people, processes and performance to achieve sustainable growth.
